SPECIAL NOTICE RE OPERATIONS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC - CLICK TO VIEW NOTICE
We are all facing unprecedented and challenging times during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The health and safety of our clients, staff, colleagues and the public is of utmost importance to us. Whaley Estate Litigation is continually monitoring the situation and is following all guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada, Public Health Ontario, and Toronto Public Health.
Virtually, WEL is business as usual and our commitment and service to you and your litigation will not stop nor will it be put on hold. In response to the COVID-19 virus, please be advised that WEL’s physical office is minimally staffed and will remain closed until further notice.
WEL lawyers, clerks, and all members of our team are working remotely. Any and all consultations or meetings will take place through videoconference or teleconference. We are accommodating mediations and/or arbitrations via videoconference or teleconference, and continue to bring urgent matters before our courts virtually in accordance with the Covid-19 directions from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
As of Tuesday, March 17, 2020, courts across Ontario have suspended usual operations until further notice, save for urgent and other limited issues. If you have any questions about whether your matter falls within the ambit of “urgent” or may proceed to court at this time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your continued support of our business team.
Regards, WEL PARTNERS
